227 illegal immigrants that were housed in taxpayer-funded hotels had absconded from their accommodation between September 2021 and January 2022.

The vast majority of those that disappeared had not been biometrically enrolled. Two-thirds of them hadn’t even had their fingerprints or photographs taken.

Over five weeks alone 57 illegal immigrants had absconded. Nobody within the Home Office has the slightest idea where they have gone. They are very unlikely to ever find them due to two-thirds not even having their photographs taken and they would have most likely changed their identity as soon as they vanished.

David Neal, the Independent Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration (ICIBI), said:

“Put simply, if we don’t have a record of people coming into the country, then we do not know who is threatened or who is threatening.”

Thats right, the Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration is confirming that they have no idea who is a threat to the general public.

Biometrics, such as taking fingerprints and photographs, are not always recorded. Which is a major flaw within Britain’s immigration policy because there has been no credible data recorded on who is arriving illegally into the UK.
