Yesterday, 616 illegal immigrants arrived in 12 dinghies after being picked up by the Border Force.
The illegal immigrants were all picked up mid-Channel and ferried back to Dover by the Border Force.
626 is currently the highest daily figure of the year but is expected to be dwarfed in the coming weeks.
Crossings have continued this morning and many more have already arrived.
Below is one of the 12 dinghies that launched from Northern France, yesterday.

The number that arrived on Saturday 10th was originally put out by the Home Office as 87 on 2 dinghies, however, it has now been updated to 154 on 4 dinghies. Just another example of the inconsistent and inaccurate figures that the public is given.
Since the gangway has been moved to inside the new facility, it has been difficult for people to get a clear count of the numbers arriving, which suits the Home Office perfectly in their attempts to manipulate the data.
