Last year between January 2021 and November 2021 £1,515,693 was spent on transferring illegal immigrants. The money was spent on various coach companies used to transfer illegals from the port of Dover to hotels throughout the UK.
We’ve all seen the various coach companies transferring illegal immigrants but nobody was given the exact price that it was actually costing the taxpayer. It’s now exclusively been revealed that over £1.5 million has been spent last year in an 11-month period.
The most frequent coach companies involved are Loyalty Connections and Careys transport, however, there are also various other companies that the home Office use when the number of arrivals is too large.
One of the coaches parked at the port of Dover recently had its back window smashed by illegal immigrants and as usual, the news of this failed to reach the general public.
It’s important to note that this isn’t the total price since the Channel crossings began, it’s just the cost between January 2021 and November 2021.
The cost covers all coach transfers that were recorded between January – November 2021 and only those that departed from the port of Dover. The true figure will be far higher.
This year almost 16,000 illegal immigrants have arrived by boat. Last year it was over 28,500 that arrived illegally in dinghies (that we know about).
This information was exclusively revealed in a Freedom of Information request that was put in months ago. The Home Office have only just replied to the request after several months of waiting.
