There are thousands of illegal immigrants in camps waiting to cross to the UK.
There are thousands of illegal immigrants waiting to cross the English Channel to get to the UK. They are scattered all along the French coastline.
The largest camp I see when I visited late last month was in Calais, near the Calais truck stop. There were around a thousand Sub-Saharan Africans inside and loitering in the surrounding areas.
All along the coastline towards Grande-Synthe, Loon-Plage, and Dunkirk, there were many more camps scattered. The vast majority of these camps are set up and facilitated by the many open-border charities that operate within the Northern France region.
We have already had just under 7,000 illegal immigrants arrive by dinghy, we have no idea how many arrive via other clandestine routes such as in the back of a lorry or on the Eurotunnel as the Home Office refuses to give out that information.
The predicted figure for dinghy arrivals this year is estimated to be anything between 60-80,000. Last year 45,500 illegals arrived via that route amd the year beforw it was 28,500. So it’s clear to see that the numbers arriving are climbing rapidly.
